AI images are welcome on Free Image Vault, as long as they follow a few extra rules.
Mark them as AI generated
When you upload, tick AI generated on every image an AI tool made. This adds the “ai generated” tag, so people always know what they are using.
Make sure you may share them
Check that the AI tool's terms let you give the result away for anyone to use, including commercially. Every image here is published under CC0.
What to avoid
- Prompts that copy a living artist's style by name.
- Brands, logos and well-known characters.
- Real people, famous or not.
- Images with mistakes, such as extra fingers, garbled writing or a faint watermark.
Same quality rules
AI images need the same size and quality as photos: at least 1,280 pixels on the longest side, and sharp. See the submission guidelines.
